2025 brought many beautiful moments, many challenges and opportunities for growth. There's empowerment in choosing to see situations from a higher perspective, even when it's difficult. As this year comes to a close, I wanted to give an overview of my last 6 months. 

Within this episode, I share the journey of my mysterious health diagnosis that I struggled with since July and the beauty I found within the hard moments. I lost close to 25 lbs between September and October and within 5 months I went to 49 different appointments in search of healing and answers. Thankfully I'm fully myself again and walking into 2026 with 5 key illusions I'm leaving behind which I share in this episode.

I'm so thankful for the doctors, energy workers and loved ones who have helped me and held space for me the last few months. I'm so incredibly thankful for your support and sending you love and well wishes for the New Year.
