A gentle practice of tuning in and cultivating mindfulness on your mat
This week we are working a little harder with a full sun salute practice to welcome in a vibrant energy! If you are a complete beginner, I would suggest you come back to this practice at a later stage when your body is more familiar with the yoga practice.
This practice gently opens your hips. Please use folded blankets and/or blocks under your knees and hips if you have lower back issues and/or very tight hips
New moon is the time to rest and let go, and to create the space to plant new seeds for that which we wish for. Enjoy a gentle time on your mat, undoing.

A meditation done lying down on your back to ease your being in to the weekend. A perfect practice to do before bedtime
This is a very gentle yoga practice to help centre and calm you for the day or evening ahead
