Global 1000 has expanded to Baltimore, Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami. They have over 300 corporate partners, 100 Black Tech firms and 5,000 diverse candidates in their talent pool. Most recently Dr. Lance has launched Reveal Global 1000 Consulting an 8a Innovation Tech firm with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, Drone Development, Cyber Warfare and Defense Technology Innovation. Global 1000 has expanded to , Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and Detroit. The goal is 50 cities and 50 countries. Dr. Lance has been invited to the United Nations to host the "Black Tech Roundtable" connecting African and African American tech.

Prior to attending law school, George taught foreign languages for nine years, capping his career in language teaching with the Wolfgang Mittermaier Award for Excellence in Academic Teaching at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen in Germany. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, German, and Danish.

In his community, George sits on the board of directors for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis and is an advisory board member for nonprofit organization Money Smarts School of Finance for Children.

George met, proposed to, and married Christina Bailey in 2006. They have four children: Joseph, William, Elizabeth, and Madeline.

Chris was recognized as "one of the top 100 people to help you in business in St. Louis". He recently won Small business of the year from the Missouri Small Business Administration.Chris is a founding partner and President of the John Maxwell Team international faculty.

More importantly he is the father of 9 year old triplets, a 5 year old and has 2 year old twin girls.
