Animals mirror human behaviour, without judgement. You can pick any animal, you just need to close your eyes and picture them!

Today is about working through some breaths. Think of your breath as waves on the beach!  

Self care--- what is it? I think it's something that makes you forget about everything else...it can be whatever you enjoy that makes you forget about everything for a short while and makes your mind feel free. That's my interpretation of it.
