The world is changing especially how we do business and make money. Running a business by renting an office doesn’t seem a necessity, as digitalization has let businesses run from anywhere. But the digitalization has also made our everyday life busy. Time is the most valuable asset now and requires us to be efficient. Being a wife and mom of three busy kids, including a teenager and a toddler, I am also a home service business owner. My name is Emily Martinez and in this podcast journey, I am going to share the best tools and systems to run a business with the goal of earning more time every day.
I was not a born entrepreneur. Even when I started my home service business two years ago, I had no experience or roadmap to carry out the business. I had to learn things fast. So, at the start of my business, I was in desperate need of guidance. I wanted to make more money, but before I could do that I needed to figure out how to earn more time. I made many costly mistakes, but I have come a long way and have learned a lot. I'm still learning every day and I'm sharing my lessons with you here.
