Shawn Gregoire is the Founder and CEO of Capstone Tech, an AI-native software company in Alexandria, Virginia. Capstone Tech builds for a fractured workforce, where job seekers, small nonprofits, and entrepreneurs are underserved by the systems meant to support them. Its products include Capstone Workforce for communication readiness and interview coaching, GrantParty for grant discovery and management, and Capstone Outreach for follow-up and client relationships. Shawn is a Post-9/11 U.S. Air Force veteran with 14.5 years of service. He managed an $11 billion federal program at the Department of the Navy.He overcame homelessness on his path to founding Capstone Tech, and that history shapes his mission.He holds an Executive MBA from Brown University and IE Business School and an MA in Education Leadership from Chapman University. He teaches AI courses in Alexandria and throughout the DC Public Library system. and speaks on workforce development and the future of work.Shawn started Capstone Tech because the U.S. workforce runs on programs, agencies, and tools that do not connect. He builds solutions for organizations and individuals to close that gap.
