There are times in this very moment that I sit and reflect on where I've come from, where or what I've been through and how God brought me out. I sit and reflect and know that it's because of him and his grace and mercy that I'm still here because I have a purpose to fulfill. Each day reflect on the good the bad and the ugly, reflect and then take action. Reflection is an opportunity to grow both naturally and spiritually, and the choice is yours to make a change. Don't waste too much time reflecting on the bad or negative things that you allow it to set you back, but instead reflect on it so that you can see what changes you need to make and how to grow from it. Reflect take action and then grow, and be all God has called you and Purposed you to be.
