How do we manage the good, easy times? Do we take them for granted or with grounding gratitude?

When life is lovely, why would I place myself - without evidence - in an uncomfortable spot? Why would I allow internal dialogue to override the actual experience of my senses? Pause, breathe, take in the world around me in this moment. If I don't allow myself to feel the good, I rob myself of the internal buffering system that helps when the going gets rough.

Are you able to pause the difficult or dysfunctional? Practice the steps to cooperate with the divine within.

Love can be challenging. It stretches us to our utmost capacity and then further still. Just do it. One step at a time in this moment, this breath. Experiences link hands, love and connection grow and then comes joy and laughter. Avoidance turns into deep connection and fills us with strength of purpose, understanding and love.

When there is discord, we each play our own part. Nothing can trample the divinity within me and nor can I trample the divinity within another. When people tell me I'm less than, or I could have done more, the mirror rises, who has reached out for greater understanding of Divine? Not necessarily all.

When you look at your default settings, do you allow yourself a voice or is the microphone turned off?

In our most solitary moments we are never really alone.

Allow yourself to feel your relationships more deeply today. You may be a light in someone's life. What do you acknowledge and what do you neglect?

How do we get to a place where we accept uncertainty and know that it is a fact of life? We can hope that life becomes a more calm, stable, and grounded place, but what if?

I don't know anyone who is peace FULL. Full of peace. I'm not, but when I do a full 360 around my life, I find the peace, if I choose to see it.

We are the sum total of what we bring to each moment. If I bring myself - in reliance with my Higher Power - in a fit body, unburdened by resentments, and ready to go forward, I will see life as the blessing it is, no matter what.
