While at his friend's home, Bon Namihira accidentally witnesses time travel in action and finds out that to keep it a secret, he must be erased.

After narrowly escaping erasure, Bon must learn the ropes of being a Time Patrol agent; his first mission lands him in the middle of Typhoon Kathleen in 1947 Tokyo.
