The Timesmith is a podcast about overcoming childhood trauma—not by endlessly revisiting the pain of the past, but by building coping tools, clarity, and solutions that last.
Season One consists of 12 lessons. They are called lessons because each episode is meant to teach something practical—something you can apply in real time. Alongside each lesson, a simple worksheet is being created: a prompt designed to help you reflect, think, and begin coping in healthier ways.
This podcast is about pondering, thinking, and tinkering with thoughts—learning how trauma shapes the mind, how coping mechanisms form, and how they can be reshaped intentionally.
Season Two will introduce six lessons focused specifically on tinkering with thoughts: understanding thought patterns, breaking loops, and developing coping strategies that support healing, resilience, and self-worth.
