The pandemic has certainly shaken up our work lives, for worse or for better. With that in mind, while in-office presence and work-life balance have been brought up for further debate, what about another factor of work we normally don’t revisit or redesign? Is the yearly performance review really the best way to gauge employee feedback and judge increments and other remunerations by?
