Welcome to Day 5 Queens. … Today we are focusing on “Eat Healthily and in Moderation”. Progress not perfection and we will focus on what we get to have versus what we are restricted from eating. Nobody likes being told what they can’t have lol!
Over the next few days, beginning today, we will focus more on the quality of our food.
I would love for you to consider a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish (such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines), and healthy oils. Fruits and vegetables strong in natural antioxidants and polyphenols (protective substances found in plants) include strawberries, blueberries, cherries, oranges, apples, tomatoes, and leafy greens (spinach, kale, and collards). More on that later….
