That’s how Findlay Hats was born.

Justin created GetChoGrindUp along with his girlfriend and best friend while still in college. It has since become a movement that Justin is building to provide college students with the resources they need for success in college and in their careers.

Zane Homsi is a strategy and analytics program analyst in a specialized, competitive two year training program that LinkedIn offers recent college graduates. He is also the co-founder of Students+, a new initiative that claims to be the go-to place for students navigating the job search amidst the coronavirus. It offers students resources, career guidance, templates and live events with career experts.

Dan Moran, president and founder of Concierge Diamonds in Los Angeles, comes from a family of diamond experts: his parents were diamond dealers in NYC's famous diamond district for 30 years and his great uncle was a founder of the Israeli Diamond Exchange.  Dan initially resisted jumping into the family business and originally planned to work in biological engineering, but spent the years after graduating college as a serial entrepreneur in such diverse industries as computer software, online games, and merchant services.

Serilda Summers-McGee is the Founder and Principal of Workplace Change, LLC, a human resources consultancy that guides, advises, and encourages business to achieve external growth and transition, while incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into HR systems. Most recently, Serilda was Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Portland, Oregon.

Jonathan Sichel is the General Manager of Content Acquisitions and Operations at Discovery Inc, where he oversees 18 different lifestyle networks and manages 11 different brands.  Prior to joining Discovery, Jonathan worked as a vice president of programming business development at America Online.

Abby Volin is the founder and president of Opening Doors PLLC, a team of animal accommodation experts who help  residential & commercial property managers, tenants & residents, universities, employers, & healthcare providers, welcome paws through their front door. They accomplish this by developing progressive and safer pet programs that create a happy and  healthier community for people and pets alike. Before founding Opening Doors in 2017, Abby worked as a policy specialist for the Humane Society of the United States, managing legislation at state and local levels.
