In recent years, Rachel has become an experienced strategic advocacy and policy professional focusing on human rights, humanitarian assistance and displacement in the Middle East.

Max Isaacoff joined the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) staff in 2019 as the Government Affairs and Policy Manager. He is one of NRHA’s federally registered lobbyists. Max came to NRHA after working on Capitol Hill on various health care issues.
