INVISIBILITY

-This is the faith stage, when we trust in what we do not see.

-And what we see is a contradiction to what you thought it should be..

-When our faith is weak, we will pull away because of what could happen.

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

2 Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

-What you’re going though is not as useless as it seems. The devil is trying to keep you from

receiving what God has waiting for after you go though the DRY SEASON

-The the devil take you away from our assignment its to make you believe it doesn’t matter.

-Your not smart enough…Not true

-God has over looked you…Not true

-You have no PURPOSE…Not true

The Devils Intimidation can’t work when we remember that Jesus is the Truth..and INTIMIDATION is the lie.

Nehemiah 6:13 He was hired for this reason, that I might become frightened and act accordingly and sin,

so that they might have an evil report in order that they could reproach me.

1 Peter 3:14 But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed.

Stop running from fear..God has concord

Stop running from the lies the devil is telling you..Gods truth is upon your life

Stop running away from the finish line..God is your strength; finish the RACE

Stop running..

Don’t fear the INVISIBLE…that is where your FAITH thrives..look fort the GOOD and stop running away.

Don’f fear the INSIGNIFICANT…because when there is one rain drop..you know there will be more..

trust GOD with the small…because lead to a bigger blessings.

GOD is the answer to the drought your in..RUN to GOD..the drought can not continue when the

GOD of power is in your sight…because from HIM flows out BLESSING…

Jealousy is one of those emotions that can cause much harm to your leadership. It’s also an emotion that you must be willing to confront.

Has jealousy entered into the DNA of your leadership?

Here are a few ways it might be impacting your leadership.

Signs of a jealous leader:

Jealousy makes you feel threatened:

Jealousy has an subtle way of revealing motives and exposing serious leadership flaws. Jealousy reveals ones insecurities, not your strengths.

Jealousy causes divisions:

Jealousy leads to divisions and poses serious threats to the health of a organization. Jealousy creates strife, not harmony.

Jealousy impairs your judgment:

Rather than looking at situations objectively you now act out in ways that speaks more of pettiness and retaliation. When jealousy is in your heart it will reflect in the decisions you make.

Be honest with yourself:

Being honest about jealous feelings is the first step in weeding it out. You can’t build trust with people if you are not honest with yourself first.

Heres a few keys to HELP deal with Jealousy:

Be comfortable in your own skin:

As a leader you don’t have to compare yourself to anyone.(Key #9 Leadership Truths)

Don’t allow personal insecurities lead to your demise. Be confident in the talents and abilities you possess.

Be accountable to others:

Leading others is an awesome responsibility. Leading yourself takes some work. Accountability makes it all possible.

In each “SET UP” the outcome is still determined by your effort and drive.

If you accept “I was set up to FAIL” then you have to own it.

We have to same two outcomes in everything we do…we either Fail or Succeed.

Great leader moves forward…no matter where they start.

If you say “I was set up to fail” you must accept that You didn’t do enough. Because a great leader fails and owns up to it, and find lesson for what’s next.

We must work hard to find our succeed…..

So find the Leader you are…Learn…Don’t Quit…and be honest to yourself.

1. Know what they are talking about

Be are prepared to show people that your communication is valuable. Great communicators appreciate the time people spend listening to them and interacting with them. 

2. Listen more than they speak

Great communicators listen more than they speak. Great communicators frequently ask questions to give people an opportunity to share their knowledge and express their opinions. So..shhhhh

3. Focus on understanding what people say

Great communicators ask questions to clarify things and to make sure that people understand what others are saying. 

4. Pay attention to nonverbal communication

Great communicators are aware that what people say isn't the most important thing in their communication. Great communications acknowledge the power of nonverbal communication and keep an eye on the tone of voice, body language, and facial expressions of people. 

5. Be ware of misunderstandings

Great communicators realize that in any communication the room for misunderstanding is always present.
