Times Up Outdoors

We are on our way to our 1 week in November public land hunt and recorded our first episode of the trip in our vehicles. We plan to keep these going as we move through the week.

Did I spell prequel correctly? This is a quick pre moose hunt podcast with Zig on the mic. Talking about his moose hunt that he is leaving on the day this is recorded. Packing, borrowing, how the hunt was arranged, and a heart attack. Hope you enjoy!

Ep. 44 Brings you into Nikos basement where he and his brother Hunter go over Hunters successful velvet Kentucky hunt, their early MI bow season gripes, some public land conversation, a pile of other randomness and some off the wall wild topics at the end. A typical TUO podcast, random BS. Enjoy!

Another solo series, this time with Zig. Talking about buck standards and where he is at as a deer hunter and where he was. What are your standards? Do you agree with zig on this one?

Another short one here, this podcast you'll be listening to Niko do a solo based around an article the Mi DNR released recently about Mi doe numbers. Niko has some strong opinions on the subject and drops some facts every MI hunter might find interesting! Give it a listen and enjoy!

This is a short one. Zig sits down and kind of explains in short form, who we are, and what this is. Where do we plan to take times up outdoors. How it a works. Why we aren't professionals. That's it. 2

The title says it all really.

In this episode zig starts out with a rant on how he feels about folks who don't like the youth hunt in Michigan. It then is joined by his kids, wife, and father to discuss day one of their 2023 youth hunt. Each kid tells their perspective on it, including Owen, the 4 year old. If you don't like the youth hunt, you should at least listen to zigs rant...if you like kids, and the youth hunt, you will love this episode.

We bring back Dan and Marti Plate for a second time to talk about Marti's page Venison 365ish. You can check it out on her instagram and also sub to her emails for awesome recipes. This one went long, and we ended up telling a bunch of hunting stories. We figured now is the perfect time to drop this. Dan also hosts a business podcast called Home Service Happy hour, and can be reached for book keeping at www.bestdamnbookkeeping.com

This episode niko, hunter, John, and zig sit down and bull shit about all kinds of stuff but mainly their upcoming Nebraska turkey hunt. The boys are bringing their wives this year so they talk about strategies around that, they discuss their past seasons there as well, mistakes and triumphs. This is a good one!
