On 22 October, The Civil Union Amendment Act 8 of 2020 came into force. Nude yoga, nude gardening and just working from home in the buff, have taken off with even the British Naturism Association saying nudism is on the rise. South Africa is no exemption.

Defence lawyer Laurence Hodes has told the complainant in EFF leader Julius Malema and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi's assault case that he would prove that he is lying to the court.
