Timid Therapy

At a certain point, you gotta look at yourself in the mirror. Face your demons and start taking accountability for your actions. So when you make a decision, even while weighing all the options, remember no one forced your hand.

Wanna hear someone go from anxious to numb in thirty minutes? No? Oh well this is what this is. When you learn to hide your feelings.. they tend to pop in ways and moments you least expect.

Heard of the age old saying "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" ? Yeah.. don't do that. Don't lower yourself to meet someone on their level. Your energy is vital. When it's gone, they won't replenish it. You will.

This was hard to publish. Especially the first part. That's me feeling. I added some music for "dramatic effect" or maybe to subconsciously lighten the fact that in that moment I felt hopeless? What you hear afterwards is my mindset taking a different stance on the same situation.. literally the day after. It makes me wonder sometimes..
