In this episode of Hear Me Out Sessions, we invited the founder of GetMeBaked, Sharon, to discuss with us on the journey of discover and pursue her passion towards baking and making delicious treats for the people! 

We all heard about stories where we would go chase after our dreams and stop worrying too much about what might happen, but those who told us to do so never did it themselves. However, Sharon was one of those people who were told to go for it, and she really did! You will hear a lot of fun stories thoughout her adventure in building her own baking business during the pandemic and what pushes her time after time to continue pursuit the dream of baking.

In this episode of Hear Me Out Sessions, we are taking a deep dive into discipline and mental toughness and how it can create the best version of ourselves. 

Many people view discipline as a sort of chain that restrict us to have fun and enjoy life, but in this session, we invited our friend, Tim, to show you another perspective on how being disciplined is another way of giving yourself a chance to grow a little bit everyday. 

In order to perform high level of discipline and growth, one requires strong mental toughness. Being strong in mental toughness does not come easy, it requires many moments of going through difficulty and adversity.
