I did this for a group counseling class I have to lead on Tuesday but why would I keep this to myself and not share with y’all? I don’t care what you believe in, what religion you follow, or how you identify, this meditation is for everyone.
We’ve all gone thru really tough situations in our childhood that may have been traumatic or maybe not but regardless, whatever the situation was, it brought out some heavy hard feelings. Unfortunately, most of the time, we carry those feelings and traumatic experiences in our subconscious mind which then follow us into our adult life. We tend to sweep shit under the rug or say it was in the past without realizing it’s affecting us now and will continue to affect us in the future if we don’t heal from it now.
With that being said, this is a quick ten-minute inner child healing meditation that works best for everyone. It WILL bring up some heavy feelings BUT we will never heal if we don’t face them. Our souls chose to come to this physical dimension and experience life, which of course brings happiness and pain with it. It’s part of life to experience pain so we must face it.
