Welcome back to the Tiny Book Club Podcast where we discuss, analyze and obsess over fantasy books one chapter at a time. We’re your hosts Michayla, Raely, Poonam & Paeton and today we are going to be giving you our thoughts and biggest feelings about the Empyrean series. All four of us LOVE this series, and we are planning a few episodes leading up to the release of Threshing Day. 

In the coming weeks, we will have specific episodes discussing theories and predictions for Books 4 & 5, as well as a deep-dive episode covering the epigraphs that we think will be important to remember!

Today we are diving into Kingdom of Ash, the final book in the Throne of Glass series, written by Sarah J. Maas. The final chapters bring the war to its ultimate conclusion as Aelin and her allies face their greatest challenges yet. The final book in the Throne of Glass series opens with every major character facing impossible odds. While one beloved character endures unimaginable suffering, her friends scatter across the continent, desperately searching for allies, gathering armies, and racing against time before Morath launches its final assault. As the war begins, the story follows several different groups, each fighting their own battle. These chapters are some of the darkest in the series, exploring themes of endurance, trauma, sacrifice, and hope. Long-held secrets come to light, unexpected alliances begin to form, and several characters are forced to confront impossible choices about what they're willing to risk for the people they love.
