You may have noticed it yourself: certain struggles that seem to repeat in your family. Addiction. Divorce. Rage. Abuse. Anxiety. Poverty. Rejection. Even spiritual confusion.
These aren’t just random occurrences. They often stem from deeper, unbroken chains — and while modern psychology may call them generational trauma, the Bible also recognizes these patterns as spiritual realities.
But here’s the good news: what begins in one generation can end in another. And what’s been passed down can be broken by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Today, we’re going to name these cycles. Expose them. And break them.
