Detroit residents will head to the poll on Tuesday for a very important primary election that will determine which two candidates will face off in November to become the city's next mayor. To talk about it, WWJ's Tony Ortiz was joined by Malachi Barrett, who has been covering the run-up to this election for most of the last year.
