Plans provide structure in an unstructured world and can calm the chaotic mind. They also help to create and maintain healthy habits that assist us in reaching our goals.

However while we can have all the good intentions in the world, things don’t always go as planned. It can be so tempting to drop those good intentions when an easier or more comfortable option is available right in front of us.

That’s where the plan for ruined plans comes in.  Learn how to navigate times when life has other plans for you without getting sidelined and having to start over again.
