In Episode 3 of TIP Talks: Voices from Kosovo, we sit down with Elizabeth Gowing to discuss the connection between education, family and community.

Being a good teacher means more than teaching a child. It also means understanding their family and the community they live in.

Elizabeth shares what drew her to community work and how The Ideas Partnership began. We talk about what unfolded differently than she expected, the lessons learned along the way, and the difficult periods when keeping the organisation going felt especially challenging.
