LAST WEEK, I talked about the App Naughty List - But to be fair, NOT ALL apps misbehave. The ones that haven't deserve toys and goodies. For those that get lumps of coal - here are the things to work on . . .
Doing these things can create more chaos than clarity. Developers need to understand things like:
✔ How bad data hygiene undermines operations
✔ What NG911 requires for helpful app integration
✔ Why ECCs can’t be used as technology QA teams
✔ What standards-based solutions (like EIDO and de-duplication rules) look like
✔ And how to fix the problem BEFORE citizen tech gets banned entirely
