It was explained to me that the human mind is much like the land that a farmer has to plant his seeds. The mind, much like the land, doesn't care what you put in it. It will harvest in abundance anything you wish to plant. This can be an overwhelming thought if you were interested in dissecting it. The jist of it is we need to be extra careful and mindful of what we put in our minds. Positive or negative, the mind will return your thoughts in abundance.
