Holding the Space
This is about you.
When supporting survivors we can end up depleted or overwhelmed or even fed up.
That's okay, and to be expected. Allow yourself to have some space for you, a bit of time away or some self care. EG, Playing footy, doing an art class. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as you're feeling refreshed and repleted.
