Traveling has a way of throwing a wrench into things when you are on a health journey. Between trying to stick to a diet, get into the gym, stay hydrated, moving your body frequently and getting your steps in, and getting adequate amounts of sleep…it’s easy to fall off the wagon or feel as if travel will completely derail all your hard work or delay progress.
However, it can be done successfully and this episode is going to be filled with tips for staying on your health journey while you're traveling.
