5 Tips to grow your Portfolio

I recently presented this at PPN Knightsbridge that I co-host and it had a great response. Essentially, I've learnt over the past 12 months that there are many facets to a Property Investing Business, and that you are the captain of the ship. At the start you'll be rowing, manning the sails, steering, attacking (if ye' a pyrate!), repairing, recruiting new sailors, docking the ship....and much more.

What this means is you're IN the business, which is normal in the first stages and when you're passionate about Property, it's what you do. By running around like this however, you do miss things. Things that are important to your business, and may have saved you time and money. I've been reflecting on my mistakes and successes in 2019 with my Properties, Refurbishments and Management. Oh, and also running a business and portfolio!

I've collate the 5 top aspects which I know will be beneficial to you and your journey in Real Estate (such an American eh). Believe me, I wish I started some of these earlier, but I may have been on a different path and I'm grateful I can now share these with you, to help you.
