In today’s Episode, Irfan, a psychology student from the University of Queensland will share the importance of mental health awareness for university students. We will learn about acceptance, mindfulness, and some tips on how to understand yourself better.

In this episode we will be talking with Gilang (@gilangbinlukman), a current Oxford Masters student in the university’s Modern Middle Eastern Studies course as well as the alumni of APU’s sister school, Ritsumeikan University. He is also the co-founder of Haifa Institute (@haifa.institute), an Indonesia-based think tank that is mainly focused on Palestine. We will talk about his unique educational upbringing of having studied in three different countries with differing cultures and customs, as well as asking him some questions that a current student might ask regarding their future if they choose to pursue a masters degree.

In today’s Episode, Ameera shares her experience living during a pandemic as an international student in Japan.  We will learn about her struggles, growth, and many different ways to stay positive during these hard times.

Professor Dahlan Nariman has joined us to talk about this current situation, dealing with online classes, preparations taken by the university and professors, and how to adapt to this "New Normal". #APUINA2020
