In this episode I layout my philosophy about titles and how they aren't status symbols or trophies. Titles are not a reward for what you’ve done in the past, but rather an agreement with your team about the KPIs and responsibilities you're committed to in the future ahead. When titles are used correctly they can be a great motivator and automate team management.
