I'll tell you why they just may be an improved unit. They also made some changes on the coaching staff hiring Bobby Babich and Sam Siefkes, while losing other key coaches. Is this a big deal? Lastly, we quickly talk through the recent extensions for Matt, Gutey and Russ Ball.

We walk through the potential candidates and predict who the final choice will be. Then we talk through the Matt LaFleur extension; why did the Packers do it? Was it the right move? We talk through the real reason for the team's disappointing performances in big games and what's been missing in their pursuit for a Lombardi Trophy in the last 3 years.

And then lastly, we talk through the reasons to be optimistic and pessimistic about the Packers going into Chicago and getting a playoff win.
