#40 This is the first solo episode of the Transition Journey (TJ) series. In this solo episode, I share my experience of working in a stressful environment. Are you in a similar situation or heading towards one? I share my real-life experience dealing with a relentless schedule, demanding paperwork, and the frustrating lack of support from management.

We will talk about the influence workplace stress can have on our lives, extending to our physical and mental health, personal relationships, and even our daily habits. I'll offer insights from my journey, what I would do differently, and what I learned from it. Also, I will share ways I learned to manage workplace stress and effective communication strategies.
