The cloned Emperor has been defeated, but the Empire isn't gone. They have Darkside Imperial Military Executor Sedriss, the new Galaxy Gun, and Chrysalis Beasts. Also, just because a clone of the Emperor was beaten doesn't mean that Palpatine is gone for good.
