Consider this a re-brand. I've been struggling with what to speak on for this podcast. All I think about is the connection between the way we move (biomechanics) and our functionality (organ systems, physiology etc). I'm experiencing some really insane changes in my body from practicing Flobility and I need a place to document these findings.
I will still speak about overall health and performance on this podcast as well, but trust me, you will see how what I'm talking about is EXACTLY THAT. In time.
