I'm back and trying podcasting again.
The content that I am releasing is intended for creative expression, theraputic processing, with some informational bits thrown in. Its really just me practicing babbling so I can become better at talking, I guess.
I'm uncomfortable sharing this, but a change needs to happen. I need to hold myself accountable. I'm sorry it's messy. I hate that I can't focus and illustrate my thoughts. Eventually, I'mma figure it out. But what else do I have to lose?
I missed the first day of my 30 day challenge, and I don't even have a podcast recommendation. But just because I'm not off to a very good start to my project, it does not mean that I should throw in the towel just yet. Today is a new day to try again, so here it is. I hope you like it!
Do you know how hard it was for me to make an intro episode? It was challenging. How do I translate my thoughts into words so that listeners can understand? Who even is my audience? What is my message? Am I capable of doing it?
I don't have all of the answers, but this podcast is a creative outlet for me. It's a side project to another project that I am working on. So while I work on that project, I am using this project to document my journey.
Welcome to TkP.
In this episode, I try to talk about why I started The Kinder Project and my vision.
I note which celebrity inspired me with her charity work.
And I touch on the mission of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Thank you for stopping by.
