Lex Luthor continues his triple crossing schemes fooling Amanda Waller into thinking Cadmus is working with him, while also fooling the League that he is trying to help the world, and then also fooling the current president that they're all working together!

It's getting serious. Superman is losing his cool, as he's the only one that won't buy into Luthor's false words, and this time it gets out of control as he fights Captain Atom, who rejoined the air force!
