Flash is back and Xforce is away! Harley is the only recurring and stable host so far..what is with that??
It's episode 5 of Superman and Lois, as we get a deep look back at Lex's past with his marriage and his daughter, Elizabeth, so we can truly understand what brought them to the point they're at now with each other.
It's a solemn episode as things never went well for Lex, adding fuel to his anger and hatred fire for Lois and Superman. Blaming everything that has happened to him on them, and not ever considering he may have part to play in the loss of his daughter in his life. As the situation escalates, Lex loses all sense of rationale and compassion. Revenge is all that fills his heart.

Hello Super Fam of Steel. Lots of tears here on the Waverider as we mourn Sam Lane. Join us as we discuss “Always My Hero.”
The Kent family privately mourns a funeral on the Kent farm, foreshadowing what's to come this episode. Later, Lois decides she needs to tell the world, Superman cannot save them anymore. With Lex and Doomsday still on the loose, Sam asks the Irons family to step up. Giving them brand new call signs, Steel and Starlight, the power duo suits up and are ready to help defend their new world.
Jon is frustrated with Jordan. All the complaining about his powers, not being able to stand up to Lex, and also blames him for their dad dying. In anger and frustration, he punches a barn beam breaking his hand. All of this emotion, trauma and stress awakens his powers in one of the greatest scenes of the show. He has all of his dad’s powers and is ready to train at the D.O.D. with Sam.
Lex has control of Doomsday. It seems like he cares for little else than revenge on the Kents and finding his daughter. He spreads division by playing Jordan against Lois when he plays the audio of her choosing Jon over him. He sends his inside man to Sam, but he will not give up Elizabeth’s location and Lieutenant Jonell Jones shoots him. The wound is mortal, and Doomsday is on the way. Sam takes the serum Bruno used to make Doomsday and sacrifices himself to Doomsday who crushes him in one hand while Lois and the boys watch.
Steel flies the body to the Fortress and explains to Lara that Sam’s heart can be a donor heart for Clark. She has reservations until John explains that Cal's blood was running through that heart, and she decides to try it anyway. The procedure seems to work ask Clark’s eyes open with a gasping breath.
The funeral continues from where we began the episode, as Lois says her goodbyes to Sam in a tearful moment.
Can the Irons, Jon & Jordan stop Lex and Doomdsday?

Hey Super Fam! Finally we're back in Smallville, and things aren't looking good.
We pick up as if the finale of season 3 never finished and continue with the battle of the universe as Superman and Doomsday duke it out in space for DAYS!!
Back on Earth, Lex has moved into Smallville and is looking to make Lois’ life hell. He has his right-hand woman, Amanda, buying up land and leading the company. Gretchen holds Sam captive while toying with him a little, until Lex shows up and wants him buried alive. Luckily Jordan finally hears them and flies to the rescue with Lois in tow. Phew!
The epic battle rages on, and as Superman powers himself up for one final attack, Doomsday seems barely damaged, and ends up beating Superman in the final collison, ripping his heart out in the process. He then delivers the body to Smallville, dumping it on the street witnessed by everyone there. Lois & the boys are in shock and cry out in pain, as Doomsday takes the heart to Lex. Lois commands Jordan to take the body to the fortress, but all Mamma El can do is put him in suspended animation as he is unable to grow back organs.
Jordan goes on a vendetta to find his dad’s heart. Jonathan is searching Lex’s new place while Jordan hears what he thinks is the heart beating, and ends up walking right into Lex’s trap. He is taken down by kryptonite weapons and super sonic blasters. He is forced to watch as Lex stomps on Clark’s heart.
The family gathers at the fortress to say their goodbyes, but a hologram Clark appears, and lets them know he will do what he can to help them, but out there in the world, it'll be just the three of them from now on.

The Waverider has crossed us over to a new reality. One where the Tomorrow People, with telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation abilities, are on the run from the secret government task force, the ULTRA organization.
We come to the end of the line. It's the final episode. The finale of the show. The day that tomorrow will never come...
In this last episode of Tomorrow People, We catch up with Jed making a one man assault on Ultra, where he finds Roger who asks Jed to kill him to stop the machine. But it is too late. The machine has absorbed all of his powers. Stephen is desperate to stop The Founder and save the humans. But Cara pulls him back from breaking the prime barrier to become a killer.
Cara, Stephen, Russell, John and Astrid use Roger's plan to distract the killer Breakouts. Stephen then teleports inside and battles The Founder in an epic triple T power showdown. He prevails and sends The Founder and the machine into another dimension. Meanwhile, outside, Natalie gets the drop on Cara and shoots her from behind. Stephen once again is just a bit too late to save her, and in an animalistic scream, discovers he can reverse time, and grabs the gun from Natalie before she fires!
Breakouts from all over the world come to the Lair seeking Stephen. They take over ULTRA as their new lair. Jed has discovered that he can use Roger's DNA to restore John's powers. But it wipes his memories. Jed sells the paranormal super soldier idea to the government using John as his example.
We loved covering this series and think The CW missed the mark by cancelling it. It had great writing, acting and pacing. We can't help but wonder if it came out a year or so later how many seasons we could have gotten. It has been a fun ride, and we are glad you were along with us for it!

John has been released from ULTRA. They have stripped him of his powers, and he is a broken man. He sees himself as a burden and a danger to Cara and the other Tomorrow People. He goes topside and confides in Astrid, who reminds him that his worth is not based on his powers. The make a connection and it makes Cara sad.
Stephen finds the founder burned but still alive after Hillary’s assignation attempt. The founder calls for Cara. He gives her an ultimatum. Deliver Roger to him or he will kill one of the Breakouts every hour. The tracker they got is also an explosive. This causes Natalie and Russell to rebel and force a fight. They take Roger to ULTRA.
While Irene and Jed work on a way to prevent the tracker from killing people, they discover that it marks the genes responsible for the powers. Jed uses this to give himself powers.
Stephen & Cara track down the repeater that sends the kill signal. They take it down, but not before a 2nd Breakout is killed. Roger is handed over and strapped into the Machine. Stephen sends Marla and Luca away while he goes to stop the Founder.

Roger is back and immediately he has to battle John to leave the lair and enjoy his family. Cara, John and the bulk of the Tomorrow People don’t want him to go. They are ready to be taken to paradise. Faction lines are drawn, and Natalie takes a group to ULTRA to pursue peace. Russel goes with them and is the first to take the tracking serum.
Roger and Jed work together to get info on the Machine and how to fight The Founder. But he finds them quickly. He is using Hillary to get info about Roger and Stephen and lure them into a trap. But John takes Roger out before he can fall into the trap. Stephen rescues Roger and escapes, but John is captured. He is taken to The Founder who injects him with a serum.
The Founder’s plans are to use Roger or Stephen in the Machine to stop time. If time is stopped humans are not alive and the prime barrier is not an issue. The Founder wants the Breakouts can kill all the humans making the world safe for the Breakouts.
Hillary knows his plan. Out of her love for Stephen and the desire to be a hero, she straps a bomb to her chest. She has Astrid make the call that sets off the bomb. But does it kill The Founder?

The Founder is pushing Stephen to help broker a peace between The Tomorrow People and ULTRA. Russell comes as the representative and is wined and dined by Bathory. Meanwhile Cara is trying to read Hillary in the Lair. But all Hillary is showing is her make out sessions with Stephen. The two groups have a party at a bar and relax.
The Founder has found Jed and sends in a team. John and Jed protect Roger but have to get him out. They take him back to the Lair and the clock is ticking. Marla and Jed remove the bullet from Roger and patch him up. Hillary and Stephen head to ULTRA. Stephen uses the machine to get to his dad's mind back. It looks like it works, but the Founder has been playing them all.

The Waverider has crossed us over to a new reality. One where the Tomorrow People, with telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation abilities, are on the run from the secret government task force, the ULTRA organization.
After the revelations of the last couple episodes, people are picking sides between Jed and The Founder. The Founder is changing ULTRA to monitor Breakouts, not kill them or remove their powers. The Founder needs Stephen to power a machine that he says Roger created. The machine will take all the Tomorrow People to a refuge safe from all humans. Jed is over the edge. He is forcing Stephen to out himself to Luca. He drags John in to help him convince Stephen that the Founder is evil.
Cara is skeptical of both and only looking out for the Tomorrow People. She sees the romance between Stephen and Hillary and The Founder holding sway over him. Stephen is the key to Jed’s plans to bring back Roger. He is the key to The Founder’s plans. He is key to the survival of Cara’s group. But who does he trust? Both he and John are being used like pawns in this big chess game and they are going to lose.
