ESIC have released their recommendations for dealing with cheaters. In turn, these suggestions have prompted ESL to forgive the ex-iBUYPOWER players that Valve have indefinitely banned from competitive play. I don’t completely agree with the decision, but I’m not going to complain. These standards have been a long time coming.
