Marina Passalaris is an entrepreneur, speaker, presenter, teen girl educator & author. She describes herself as a bridge between parents and their daughters, Marina works closely with teenage girls and their families dedicated to helping them achieve happiness through education about vital life skills and most importantly self-esteem and confidence.
Beautiful Minds tackles the tough topics, bringing them to light so our girls feel empowered, educated and supported throughout their often challenging journey of being a teenager. She wrote her first best selling book Beautiful Minds, A Journey of Self Discovery for Teenage Girls in 2013.
Today, Marina and her team of expert educators, deliver courses to hundreds of Australian teens and adults each year. She has received both national and international press for the success of her business and the impact she has on young and adult women alike.
In 2015, Beautiful Minds educated 33,000 teens in NSW alone.
In 2014, Marina was invited to Parliament House to discuss the current issues our girls are facing and how to best address these.
Marina, writes a regular column in Mouth of Mums and contributes to a number of parenting websites.
“I believe in educating our girls at a young age about who they are, how their minds work, what healthy relationships look like, how to make good choices when it comes to peer pressure around drugs, alcohol and smoking, how to stop the negative self chatter, how to like what you see when you look in the mirror, making the decisions not to sext and so many other vital topics. Then, we will create a generation of smart, happy, powerful young women who in turn will contribute greatly to their local communities.
