Team Charlie Mike Precision.  Charlie Melton, highly decorated Senior Chief Petty Officer Navy SEAL, and his team Phillip Hotzen and Brad Stair talk about this amazing feat.  We discuss the preparation and planning that went into breaking the record.  The equipment used and the development of the 408 Tejas round and rifle by Brad.
