Sheena comes from a media background and in 2014 she started The Lesbian Review, a website dedicated to reviewing the best lesbian books and movies. In 2016 A podcast channel seemed like a natural progression and so she started The Lesbian Talk Show.  

Sheena discovered lesbian fiction in her late teens and it helped her with her coming out process, something for which she will always be grateful. 

Tamara is a marketing professional and has branched out into design and photography. Her natural love for research and learning meant that she was the perfect podcast partner when Sheena wanted to start Les Talk About It. (Well, that and the fact that Tamara is married to Sheena.)  

Les Talk About It is a show dedicated to busting the myths around lesbians. We look at everything from flannel to lesbians being cat ladies, loving softball and having carabiners.  

One of the first shows to be started on The Lesbian Talk Show, it has been running since 2016.

Jove finds out that Andi was legit going to try to do some actual world-building in the sci fi sense on Mars but ugh, paperwork, and Jove is also convinced that if you’re ghost-hunting, cheese may be good bait. Andi, however, remains UNconvinced of this tactic.

And Jove Belle will be doing an event at Taborspace in Portland Feb. 18 from 3-5 PM. The event involves readings by Jove and other lesfic authors and it’s called “Readings of Rapturous Romance and Bountiful Book Faire.” Jove will also be at author Heather Flournoy’s debut novel book launch in March. Also, Andi and Jove are sad to hear that the Read with Pride Northwest event is no more, after 5 annual gatherings in Seattle at the Seattle Public Library.
