There are so many people today who are having all kinds of health related issues and not knowing what some of the contributing factors are. One of the culprits might be their job … their job might be killing them and they don’t even realize it.
I relate to some degree to this scenario when it became clear to me that I was to be doing something else … pursuing my dream.
You might be feeling something similar but for reasons such as fear, uncertainty or guilt, you choose to remain where you are.
Yet, it’s not without experiencing emotional, mental, spiritual and physical consequences.
As a result of these experiences, these 5 signs could be an indicator that your job is killing you.
Here are the 5 signs:
1. Increased stress level
2. Not resting well
3. Increased irritability
4. Little or no fun anymore
5. More time vegging out … becoming a coach potato
If you are experiencing any of or all of these 5 signs, you need to take some action to change your current situation.
