Who would have ever thought that a vision for your future could come while laying on your back on a yoga mat?
I’ll tell you who: someone who believes that in the stillness or quietness of the moment, these things can happen.
Even though I’m not a practicing yoga person, I have heard some of the great benefits of the practice.
I must hastily say that the hokey-pokey kind of yoga where you are in trance-like state or other induced mind altering moments, is strange for me. I’m not a proponent of that.
I’m not here trying to put anyone’s practice down, but I’m just not into that kind of stuff.
What I can say, is that the people that I’ve found to be intriguing and do get my time and attention, are those who look at yoga more from a health perspective.
This is why I was fascinated by Sarah’s story. Not only by how she experienced the vision that became a reality as she shared in this episode, but how well she can articulate her story or stories.
Sarah has a unique ability to capture one’s attention as you will discover in this show.
