TML200: Making Tough Decisions That Feel Right with Kingsley Grant
Making tough decisions is something that every leader has to do at one point or another. It’s never easy but it is necessary.
Most times these decisions are made in the face of unpopular opinion. However, making tough decision cannot be based upon polls. Yes, many leaders unfortunately base their decision making on what others thing than, is it the right thing to do.
After one hundred and ninety nine episodes, I have come to that fork-in-the-road where I too have to make a tough decision.
In this episode, you will discover the decision I had to make.
One of the cliche phrases we hear time and time again is that if we keep doing things the way we have always done them, we will get what we have always got.
This may not be good english, but it makes the point. Some people have labelled that as insanity.
I’m strongly convinced that I made the right decision and feels good about it. I’m hoping to take this show to another level and being more focused.
