Being porn free is a huge struggle for a large number of men and I would say for some women as well. The statistics lean towards more men struggling in this area, than it is for women.

The porn industry remains one of the most lucrative of its kind simply because the demand is so great. 

Pornography is an equal opportunity employer. It doesn’t discriminate. So many people have had their lives wrecked because of the lure and entrapment of pornography.

Because of its widespread appeal, it has almost become an accepted part of our society and culture. In some countries it is not unusual to find porn being a part of the regular programming lineup during peak hours.

Therefore when the term porn free is introduced as a viable option, it is yawned upon in some places. Why?

Its almost the mentality of “if you can’t beat it then join it.” There is a defeatist mentality.

The good news is there are some people who are trying to make a difference and helping people who want to be porn free.

One of those individuals who is a recovered porn addict, is doing all he can to offer help. His name is Matt Doboschuetz. He is the guest in this episode.

Matt shares about him being found out by his wife – she caught him watching porn. This as he said, was one of the worst days and season of his life. He shared how he has found forgiveness from his wife and God and now is doing everything in his power to help others.

He feels this is his mission and many people are resonating with his message. He shares his message on his weekly podcast by that name – Porn Free Radio.

Matt also discuss other topics as well such as how he was fired from his corporate job and what that meant. He talks about trying to figure out what’s next and how he felt he needed to start his own business.
