On the show today, I talked to Albert Garcia from the digital marketing agency 4 Those Who Create. By chance one fateful day walking down the hallway of his community college, Albert saw a job posting on the wall for an internship with Jeremy Mcgrath Motorsports. Going all in on the job interview, he came dressed to the nines in a full piece suit, something he and Lew Lawrence of JM Motorsports look back on and have a couple laughs about. He was offered the internship and the rest is history. He now mans a five-person team at his agency, and having worked with clients in motocross community, he’s also worked with rappers like the Game and others.
