Agreement to the Official Rules Participation in the contest constitutes entrant's to agree fully and unconditionally to the contest rules. Contest Period The contest will begin September 2, 2014 at 11:30pm EST and will end October 7, 2014 at 8:00pm EST. Prize Drawing The prize is a 12’ Resin Rocky sculpture replica, valued at $125.00 being donated by www.RockySculpture.com The drawing will take place October 7, 2014 at or around 10:00pm EST. All submissions will have their name put on an equal size piece of paper and placed into a container. The winner will be drawn at random, and the drawing will be recorded to show that the event was done at random. This video can be accessed from the Facebook, YouTube and website mentioned in the How to Enter section of this Contest Rules. The winner will be contacted via contact information provided, YouTube message, Facebook message or email. The winner’s First Name with submission comment will be posted on all three pages. 7. Prize Shipping Cost of the prize and shipping within the United States and Canada will be paid for by www.RockySculputre.com. Shipping outside of the United States and Canada will be provided, but not in excess of the value of the statue and the winner is to pay the tax and duty specific for your country or area.
