At the time in the campaign cycle that billionaires and business tycoons dole out dollars and endorsements of mostly Democrats, numerous ones are passing on an endorsement of Kamala Harris. Warren Buffet (of Berkshire Hathaway fame and fortune) announced passing on a presidential endorsement. Is there election fraud in the U.S..?
